I joined ESB-LVS without any particular expectations, but I quickly realized that I had found a company where stagnation is simply not an option. For me, ESB-LVS has become more than just a workplace—it is a place where every day brings new knowledge and valuable experiences. There is no room for routine here. New projects and challenges put my knowledge to the test, motivating me to find solutions and constantly keep developing. This is precisely what makes the work truly interesting and helps me grow as a professional.

When I joined ESB-LVS, there were only 35 of us in total. Today, it warms my heart to know that we are already 115 strong—and believe me, this is just the beginning! On paper, it might simply look like rapid growth and rising numbers, but to me, every new person on the team represents a new story, new energy, and a new part of our shared spirit. As an HR manager, I know better than anyone that finding the right people is often far from easy. We don’t choose people "just to fill a spot"—far from it! Only the best make it onto our team: those with a sparkle in their eyes, a heart full of dedication to their work, and a sense of responsibility you can always count on. Our people are simply fantastic! I am sincerely proud of every one of my colleagues and truly value them. ESB-LVS is not merely a workplace—it is a close-knit team where every individual is valued, because our people are our greatest and most precious asset.
