Feb 2004 – ESB Logistics OÜ (ex – RL Fors OÜ): Container shipping & road freight logistics.
2012
Aug 2012 – ESB-LVS OÜ (ex – ESB Service Group OÜ): Low-voltage switchboard design & manufacturing.
2014
Aug 2014 – ESB-MVS OÜ (ex – Vivend AS): Medium-voltage transformer & busbar system sales.
2023
Feb 2023 – ESB-PGS OÜ (ex – Baltic Generator Service OÜ): Generator sales, installation & maintenance.
2024
Feb 2024 – Rebranding & globalization: all units consolidated under the ESB Group brand.
2024
Nov 2024 – To strengthen the Baltic position, ESB Latvia SIA was established: low-voltage switchboard design, manufacturing & sales in Latvia.
2025
2025 – Establishment of ESB-UPS OÜ: Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) & industrial battery system sales, installation & maintenance.
2026
Sep 2026 – Launch of ESB Marine OÜ: Design, assembly & maintenance of electrical equipment and specialized systems for the marine sector.
